Designate your decision to save lives through organ and tissue donation

Home

What does it mean to pass life on?

It means that you have the potential to help save and enhance the lives of others – those who suffer from chronic illness, from debilitating disease, from the effects of traumatic events. By designating your decision to become a donor you can make a positive impact on the lives of many, and save the lives of 8 people. Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana residents,  say "Yes" to donation today!
