My son, Michael Thompson, was born on September 4, 1982. He was a great father to four handsome young boys and six beauiful daughters. He was also a great brother to his four siblings. Michael loved music so much that he pursued a career in the music industry with his talents of singing, rapping, and acting. Michael’s legacy is not only his beautiful children and his music, but also his gift of donation. His grandmother, my mother, was gifted with 32 extra years on Earth with us because of another person’s selfless act. I would advise others to consider becoming donors because I have been blessed to have my son become a donor, and my mother become a recipient.
